Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of FrameFix, operated by Cliffy Media LLC ("FrameFix," "we," "us," or "our"), available at framefix.io (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

2. The Service

FrameFix provides a video review and collaboration platform that allows teams and their clients to upload, review, comment on, annotate, and manage video revisions, and optionally sync finalized revisions to connected storage such as Google Drive.

3. Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to the content you upload ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant FrameFix a limited license to store, process, transmit, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service to you and the users you authorize. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to upload and share Your Content.

4. Google Drive Integration

If you connect Google Drive, you authorize FrameFix to upload finalized revisions to a folder in your Google Drive that you designate, using the limited drive.file permission. FrameFix only manages files it creates in your Drive and does not access your other Drive content. Your use of Google Drive is also governed by Google's terms. You may disconnect at any time.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or violates the rights of others
• Use the Service to distribute malware or engage in abusive, harmful, or fraudulent activity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' data
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Resell or misrepresent the Service without authorization

6. Subscriptions & Payment

Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis according to the plan you select. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

7. Plan Limits

Your plan may include limits on projects, team members, storage, or other features. Exceeding limits may require an upgrade. We reserve the right to enforce these limits.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to us or others. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends and we may delete Your Content subject to our retention practices.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FrameFix and Cliffy Media LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date, and continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
